We're sad to see you go, but here's how you can cancel your account:

You will need to send us a request to cancel your JOE-4-SUN account in writing, either in mail or email.

It will usually take two to four months to fully cancel your account. We are only allowed to submit enrollment changes to the utility four times per year. Your cancellation with be finalized by the utility during our next submission. During the waiting period, you will continue to receive credits from JOE-4-SUN if your utility account is still active. Since we are still putting credits on your bill, you will still receive invoices from JOE-4-SUN. We do our best to make the cancellation process expedient, but we cannot control the utilities’ timelines.
