The Citizens Energy/CITGO New York City Buildings Program provides grants to qualified low-income large-scale apartment buildings to purchase heating oil and retrofit buildings to improve their energy efficiency. Last year we provided oil grants to over 350 low-income buildings in New York totaling more then 33,000 families.

The Oil Heat Building Program is open to buildings within the New York City area that provide affordable housing to low-income families. The program benefits buildings and tenants by providing free heating oil and capital for energy efficiency building improvements.
